The
Koksoak is a river that has its source in the Caniapiscau
River toward the Ungava Bay. The tundra starts on the
northern shore of the river. Goodbye trees, goodbye
vegetation, only puny-looking larches. Rock in the summer
and pure white desert in the winter.
A
nice little picnic with friends with roads that are not
always very easy to take. Here Clyde helps Sallie get out
of her problems.
On
this picnic menu: caribou and vegetables cook in aluminum
foil over the fire, cheese and grapes, a Tatin pie!
Everything washed down with nice wine! ! ! The
Misery of Kuujjuaq ! ! !
Sunsets
are beautiful! The sky, almost every night, offers a
magnificent show. Of course, the northern lights are
also amazing. Unfortunately I did not have the proper
camera so you will have to take my word for
it.
